This customer service award will recognise an individual agent who has gone to extraordinary lengths for one particular client in the last year. If you or a colleague has gone well above and beyond to look after a customer in difficulty, a client with complex requirements, or to make an experience extra-special for your customer, please tell us all about it.

GUIDELINES:

Agents can nominate themselves or be nominated by a manager or colleague. The deadline to enter is midnight on Friday 21 February 2025. Entrants will need to ensure the booking/circumstances relate to the period 1 January 2024 - 31 December 2024.

A TTG journalist might call you to ask some further questions. Judges will decide a shortlist and the winner. Five shortlisted individuals will be invited to attend the Top 50 ceremony on 24 April 2025, with a complimentary ticket to join the category sponsor's table.
